I’ve been in dental for about 25 years.
Yes, worked in a few different offices, and this, honestly—by far—is the most warm and comfortable and welcoming office I’ve ever been in.
I think the patients see that we’re like a family too, because they’re like, “You guys all get along so well!”
And I said, “Honestly, it’s like a family here.”
My number one goal in life is to treat the patient appropriately—treat the patient the way we would want to be treated—and treat the patient comprehensively.
We kind of joke that we’re the best kept secret here in the northwest suburbs, and we’re kind of tired of being a secret.
We want people to know what type of quality and beautiful work is done here.
Patients will often find us after they’ve gone through many other providers, right?
With a lot of questions and not really an answer.
So what we do is we sit down and we look at really four main pieces of the puzzle.
We never want someone to have to go in pain.
We never want someone to have to suffer in silence.
So, you know, anytime someone’s in pain, we want them to call us—and we’re gonna try to work them in same day.
We don’t let insurance dictate what treatment is needed for the patient.
It’s truly about what’s best for the patient.
Their concerns are number one—top of mind.
Not my concerns. Their concerns.
You know, you see a patient come in feeling concerned, or maybe like there’s no right answer for their situation.
And to see them leave and have their life changed—it’s really pretty amazing to get to be a part of that.
So, I mean, you’re never too old or too young to get that smile that you’ve always wanted.
Every person in this office is so good at making those human connections with the patients.
